Pack the looks, not a pile of “just in case” shirts.
A week away does not need a different outfit for every hour. It needs a look for each day, a couple of repeats, and a list that only includes what those looks use.
1. Start with the week, not the closet
Write the days down. Flight, city walk, dinner, travel day home. Weather next to each day if you have it. You are packing for those days, not for your whole wardrobe.
2. Build one look per day
Pick a top, bottom, and shoes for each day. Repeat a pair of pants. Repeat a jacket. That is the point. A shirt that shows up in three looks is one item in the bag, not three.
A shirt that shows up in three looks is one item in the bag, not three.
3. Make the list from the looks
Once the week is planned, list every unique piece. That list is what you pack. If it is not in a look, it stays home.
If it is not in a look, it stays home.
4. Leave room for laundry, not extras
On a week-long trip, one wash mid-week beats a second suitcase. Plan which pieces you will rewear after a rinse. Pack one spare tee if you want a buffer. Not five.
What this looks like in Outfits
Create the trip. Add the clothes you are actually taking. Plan a look for each day, or tap Plan my outfits and let AI fill the week from your closet and the forecast. The packing list is built from those looks, so you check off what goes in the bag and leave the rest.
